摘　　要：根据2004～2013年西安市耕地面积、粮食产量及人口相关数据，通过计算耕地压力指数对西安市粮食安全情况进行研究，分析研究该时段西安市最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数的变化情况及成因。结果表明，当粮食自给率为85％时，2004～2013年西安市耕地压力指数均大于1，表现出明显的波动式增长趋势，主要原因是人均粮食消费量的增大及粮作比和耕地面积的减小。According to the cultivated land area, grain yield and population data in Xi’an City in 2004-2013, the pressure index of cultivated land was calculated, so as to research the food security situation in Xi ’ an City.We researched the change situation and causation of cultivated land pressure and the minimum cultivated land area per capita in Xi’an City.Results showed that when the grain self-sufficiency rate was 85%, the pressure index of cultivated land was greater than 1 in Xi’an City, showing significant fluctuation trend.The main reason was the increase of per capita grain consumption and the decrease of cultivated land area and grain-crop ratio.
