摘  要:采用阳离子试剂3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMAC)对杨木碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)进行改性,以改善纸浆强度性能。以改性后纸浆强度性能为指标,研究了改性剂用量、N a O H用量、反应温度和浆浓对纤维改性效果的影响。结果表明:改性后纸浆的抗张强度、撕裂度等性能有了明显的改善,最佳改性条件为:改性剂用量0.8%(对绝干浆),Na OH用量1%(对绝干浆),温度50℃,浆浓8%;在此条件下,纸张的抗张指数提高了22.8%,撕裂指数提高了16.3%。同时,对改性前后的纸浆纤维进行红外光谱和元素分析,探讨了阳离子改性纸浆纤维提高纸张强度性能的机理。In this paper, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CHPTMAC) was used to modify the alkaline peroxide mechanical pulping (APMP) to enhance pulp strength properties. The effects of technical parameters, including dosage of modification agent, dosage of NaOH, reaction temperature and pulp consistency, on pulp strength properties were investigated and discussed. The results showed that the optimal conditions were 0.8% of cationic agent (oven dried pulp), 1% (oven dried pulp) of NaOH, 50℃ of temperature and 8% of pulp concentration. After modification, the tensile index and tear index were increased by 22.8% and 16.3% respectively, compared with unmodified pulp. The mechanism to improve the strength properties of paper with cationic modification was elucidated with IR, elemental analysis and internal bond intensity analysis.
