摘 要:借助于未漂白硫酸盐浆来还原浆料中氯金酸(HAuCl_4·3H_2O),在纤维素纤维表面上简易合成绿色金纳米粒子(AuNPs)已成功实现。浆料纤维颜色的明显变化表明,在蒸煮锅中能观察到用一步法合成金粒子的还原形成过程。合成的纤维素纤维金纳米粒子,采用UV-Vis漫反射光谱仪(DBS)、X射线衍射仪(XBD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、能量色谱(EDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)来表征。利用α羰基和酚型木素中共轭羰基本身的生物还原作用将Au^(3+)还原成Au^0金属原子,金纳米粒子会均匀地分布于纤维表面。据估计,纤维上金纳米粒子的平均直径大小分别为12.5nm、12.4nm、16.4nm和21.0nm,其粒径大小和合成过程中的Au^(3+)浓度相关。Facile green synthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) on cellulose fiber was successfully achieved by reducing chloroauric acid (HAuCl4·3H2O) by means of unbleached kraft pulp. A significant color change in pulp fiber indicating the in-situ formation of gold was observed with one-step synthesis in an autoclave. As-prepared AuNP-cellulose fiber nanocomposites were thoroughly characterized by UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Gold nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed on the surface of the fiber by the bio-reduction of Au3+ from metal salt to Au0 with the a-carbonyl group and conjugated carbonyl of phenolic groups of lignin. The AuNPs formed on cellulose fibers were estimated to have average sizes of approximately 12.5, 12.4, 16.4, and 21.0nm, depending on the concentration of Au3+ involved in the synthesis.
