摘　　要：国内外对云计算环境下数字图书馆联盟的研究和实践成果较多,但对其发展态势方面的分析仍然缺乏。文章运用SWOT分析方法,将云环境下数字图书馆联盟内部和外部的积极因素、消极因素互相匹配,得出了4种不同的发展策略,结论是SO组合对实践工作拓展更具指导意义,是当前云环境下数图联盟发展的最优策略。The research and practice results on the Digital Library Alliance of the cloud computing environment are more and more in domestic and foreign, but the analysis of its development trend is still lacking. In this paper, the author using the SWOT analysis method concludes the four different strategies in combination with the internal and external positive factors and negative factors of the Digital Library Alliance, the conclusion is that the SO combination gives more guidance to the development of practical work, and is the optimal strategy to the Digital Library Alliance development of the cloud computing environment at the present.
