摘 要:以防染盐S为氧化剂的化学退镀镍剂目前应用仍比较广泛,但由于含防染盐S的废水呈黄色,出水色度高,很难实现环保达标排放。研究了一种新型复合氧化剂替代防染盐S,通过与传统含防染盐S的化学退镀镍剂进行实验比较,结果表明,其退镀镍效果达到甚至超过传统的化学退镀镍剂,其废水排放也符合环保排放要求。Chemical nickel stripper,in which taking resist S as oxidant,was widely used in current,but due to the high chromaticity of resist S containing wastewater,it was difficult to meet the environmental emissions standard. In this study,a new composite oxidant was chosen for replacing the resist S. Through comparative tests,it was showed that the nickel stripping effect of new oxidant containing stripper could achieveeven better than that of traditional resist S containing stripper,and wastewater discharge could meet the environmental requirements also.
