对我国造纸化学品行业“十三五”发展的思考和建议

摘　　要：作为造纸工业一个重要的高技术支撑工业,将加快建立适合中国国情的造纸化学品工业体系,向规模化、集约化、高科技化发展;从量的扩张向质的提升发展。促进产业结构升级,提升行业整体水平,将是我国＂十三五＂造纸化学品行业发展的基本特征和最为重要的发展趋势。The period of the 13th ifve years plan is the key transition development stage for China papermaking chemistry industry. Yao Xianping, the president of China Papermaking Chemistry Industry Association, analysized the development trend and features in the 13th ifve years plan of China papermaking chemistry industry in this article, and the related thinking and suggestions were also put forward. He thought that China papermaking chemistry industry, as an important high-tech supporting industry, should build papermaking chemistry industry system with the features of sacle, intensiifcation, high-tech that suit for the Chinese situation. Yao Xianping also pointed out that to promote the upgrade of industrial structure and improve the overall level of the industry will be the basic feature and the most important development trend in the 13th ifve years plan.
