摘　　要：民生不仅是中国改革强调的重点,而且逐渐成为中国对外交往时的一个重要考量。中共十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央在国际场合多次强调民生合作的重要性,这是全面深化国内改革与塑造新型国家关系联动的必然结果。中国对外援助的特点之一是强调对援助国基础设施的建设,其中民生领域的合作占有重要分量。对外经济交往中强调民生因素,践行了中国政府强调的正确义利观。The factor of people's livelihood is not only the emphasis of China's reform, but also gradually becomes an important consideration in China's external contacts. Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, the Central Committee of the CPC with Xi Jinping as the General Secretary repeatedly stresses the importance of the cooperation of people's livelihood in the international occasions, which is the inevitable result of the linkage of comprehensively deepening the domestic reform and setting up new-style national relationship. One of the characteristics of China's foreign aid is to emphasize on aiding infrastructure construction and the cooperation in the field of people's livelihood makes up an important significance. Emphasizing the factor of the people's livelihood in foreign economic exchanges practices the correct idea of moral and profit Chinese government emphasized.
