摘　　要：探讨CD-DF868TC在涤棉高紧度品种上浆中的应用效果。简要介绍了CD-DF868TC的性能特点,在T/C 65/35 18.3/18.3 512/276 170二上一下斜纹高紧度品种上,应用该浆料完全取代PVA,通过适当调整上浆工艺与操作,充分发挥新浆料配方的性能,在高速喷气织机上实现了无PVA上浆,织机效率达92%。认为:取代PVA上浆时,必须根据浆料性能特点调整浆纱工艺操作,才能取得较好的效果。The application effects of CD-DF868TC on polyester cotton fabric with higher tightness were dis- cussed. The properties of CD-DF868TC were simply introduced. For T/C 65/35 18.3/18.3 512/276 170 two-up and one-down twill with higher tightness, the size mixture was used to replace PVA fully. By suitably adjusting the sizing processing and operations, making full use of the properties of new size instruction,sizing without PVA was achieved in high-speed air-jet looms. The loom efficiency was up to 92%. It is considered that the sizing pro- cessing and operations should be adjusted based on the size mixture properties to obtain better effect when PVA is replaced.
