摘 要:探讨提高纺纱制成率的技术措施。从原料选配及纺纱各工序分析了影响制成率的因素,采取了一系列工艺技术措施。在原料选配上既要注重成纱品质又要兼顾成纱制成率;清梳工序通过工艺优化降低清梳落棉率及生条短绒率;精梳工序合理配置精梳落棉率和工艺;并粗、细纱工序合理选择牵伸、加捻、卷绕工艺,降低断头及疵条疵纱,并加强各工序设备维护、操作管理,最终获得了较好的效果,JC 14.5tex K纱制成率从66%升至76.7%,降低了回用原棉数量和吨纱用棉成本。认为:从原料上及纺纱各工序采取必要的工艺技术和管理措施,是提高纺纱制成率的有效途径。Technology measures of increasing spinning product rate were discussed. Factors affecting spin-ning product rate from raw material selection and spinning technology in each process were analyzed. A series of technology measures were adopted. In raw material selection, both yarn quality and spinning product rate should be considered. CleaningN-carding waste percentages and short fiber content of card sliver should be reduced by op- timizing manufacture technology parameters in picking and carding process. Combing waste percentage and tech- nology parameters should be configured in comb process. The technology in drawing,twisting and winding should be selected reasonably to reduce breakages, defect slivers and defect yarns in drawing & roving and spinning processes. The maintenance of equipment and operational management should be reinforced in each process. Finally spinning product rate of JC 14.5 tex K yarn was increased from 66% to 76.7%. The amount of reused raw cot-ton and the cotton cost of per ton yarn were decreased. It is considered that adopting necessary technology and management measures from raw material and each process are the effective way to increase spinning product rate.
