摘 要:总结局部经向管状织物的设计方法和关键生产技术。通过改变织物背面纬浮长线长度与位置,间隔排列弹力纬纱与普通纬纱,可以形成局部管状织物;不起管的部位采用平纹组织,以利于控制弹力和织造幅缩率。总结了在整经、浆纱和织造中采取的技术措施和工艺参数,并对产品进行了试织。最终产品实测下机一等品率达87%,入库一等品达到95%以上,织机效率达到89%。认为:采取上述方法和技术可以保证产品的顺利生产。Design methods and key technology of producing warp tubular fabric were summarized. By changing the length and position of weft floats, arranging elastic weft and weft at intervals, warp tubular fabric was formed. Plain weave was adopted at other parts in order to control elasticity and crimp percentage. Technological measures and processing parameters were summarized in warping, sizing and weaving, the fabric samples was wove tentatively. Finally first grade percentage before cloth repairing was 87%, first grade percentage put in storage reached more than 95% and loom efficiency could be reached 85%. It is considered that the product can be produced smoothly through adopting the above technology and methods.
