摘  要:目的研究黄花棘豆的抗缺氧作用。方法实验分为常压密闭抗缺氧、减压密闭抗缺氧及亚硝酸中毒实验3部分,每部分60只小鼠,予各组小鼠连续ig 7 d,于末次灌胃1 h后分别记录小鼠的生存时间,并测定、分析各组小鼠心脏和大脑中的SOD、MDA、Bcl-2、Bax和GSH-Px。结果与空白对照组比较,黄花棘豆高剂量组小鼠的缺氧暴露时间明显延长,各项生化指标均有改善(P<0.05)。结论黄花棘豆醇提物能够提高小鼠缺氧耐受力,具有一定的抗缺氧作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the anti - hypoxia effects of Oxytropis ochrocephala. METHODS Experiment were divided into three parts. They were normal pressure closed anoxia resistance experiment, reduced pressure closed anoxia resistance experiment and nitrite poisoning experiment. Each group was continuously fed for 7 days. In the last 1 h after lavage,the experiment was carried out. The survival time of mice was recorded, and the indexes in the heart and brain SOD, MDA, Bcl - 2, Bax and GSH - Px were measured. RESULTS Compared with the blank control group,high dose :group mice of O. ochrocephala were exposed to hypoxia time extended obviously, and the biochemical indexes were improved ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION The ethanol extracts of O. ochrocephala can increase the hypoxia tolerance in mice and have the anti -hypoxia activity.
