摘 要:近年来,医疗纠纷第三方调解机制在我国蓬勃发展。各地涌现新模式,以福建南平、天津、大庆、广东、山东为典型。当前我国医疗纠纷第三方调解机制因地制宜,在人才团队的完善、法律依据的完善、与医疗责任保险制度的衔接、诉调对接机制的尝试、应急联动机制的健全方面都取得了较好的经验积累,但是也存在一些不足。在今后的工作中要继续强化与医疗责任保险的相互扶持、处理好政府领导与市场化运作的关系、建立良好的调诉对接机制。In recent years, the third party medical dispute mediation mechanism is in the vigorous development of our country. New patterns spring up, especially in Fujian Nanping, Tianjin, Daqing, Guangdong and Shandong. Currently, in China, the third par- ty medical dispute mediation mechanism adjusts to local conditions. There is improvement of the talent team, the improvement of the legal basis, and the cohesion with the medical liability insurance system, with the attempt of the litigation and mediation, and the per- fection of emergency linkage mechanism. Also there are some deficiencies. In the future work, we will continue to strengthen mutual support with medical liability insurance, the relation between government leadership and market operation to establish a good docking of litigation and mediation mechanism.
