糖尿病患者呼吸道深部真菌感染危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的针对糖尿病患者呼吸道深部真菌感染危险因素分析及其预防进行研究,确定患者呼吸道感染的危险因素以加强预防。方法随机选择2013年12月-2015年9月医院收治的糖尿病合并感染患者500例,作为研究对象,对呼吸道深部真菌感染的致病菌进行分析研究,并研究感染的危险因素,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果 500例患者中发生呼吸道深部真菌感染200例,感染率为40.00%;共检出200株真菌,以白色假丝酵母菌为主,共91株占45.50%;多因素分析结果显示,年龄、住院时间、病程、抗菌药物的使用、并发症、血糖控制水平、侵入性操作等是糖尿病患者呼吸道深部真菌感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者治疗的过程中发生呼吸道深部真菌感染率较高,造成真菌感染的危险因素较多,应加强对糖尿病患者合并呼吸道深部真菌感染危险因素的控制和预防。OBJECTIVE To investigate risk factors and prevention of respiratory tract deep fungal infection in patients with diabetes mellitus,so as to determine the risk factors for respiratory tract infection and strengthen prevention.METHODS A total of 500 cases of infected patients with diabetes mellitus from Dec.2013 to Sep.2015 were randomly selected as research objects.The pathogenic bacteria of respiratory tract deep fungal infection were analyzed,the risk factors of the infection were also investigated,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0.RESULTS Totally 200 cases of respiratory tract deep fungal infection occurred in 500 cases of patients,with the infection rate of 40.00%,Totally 200 strains of fungi were detected,and mainly was 91 strains of Candida albicans,accounting for 45.50%.The results of multivariate analysis indicated that age,length of hospital stay,duration,the use of antimicrobial drugs,complications,blood glucose control level,and invasive operation were independent risk factors for respiratory tract deep fungi infection（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The respiratory deep infected fungi infection rate is high during diabetes treatment in patients,and there are many risk factors for fungal infections.In order to reduce the incidence of infections,It is needed to strengthen the control and prevention of risk factors of respiratory tract deep fungus infection in diabetic patients.
