摘　　要：目的研究无功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤患者感染的临床诊治方法及效果,为提高临床治愈率提供参考依据。方法选取2014年10月-2015年12月医院诊治的90例无功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤发生感染患者资料进行分析,将患者根据随机数字方法分为试验组和对照组,各45例;对照组采用开腹手术治疗,试验组采用微创手术治疗,比较两组临床诊治效果。结果入选90例患者手术前均给予影像学检查,检查方法阳性率排在前3位的分别为:CT、DSA以及超声,阳性率分别为:81.1%、71.1%以及61.1%;试验组并发症发生率为11.1%,显著低于对照组的26.7%(P<0.05)。结论无功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤合并感染患者采用B超、CT或MRI等影像学检查效果理想,对确诊患者采用微创手术治疗预后较好,创伤较小,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To study the diagnosis and treatment methods and effects for patients with nonfunctional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors infection and to provide basis for improving clinical cure.METHODS Clinical data of 90 cases of nonfunctioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors co-infected patients who were treated in the hospital from Oct.2014 to Dec.2015 were analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups by means of random digits with 45 cases respectively in experimental and control group.The control group was given open surgery,while the experimental group were given minimally invasive surgery.Clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The enrolled 90 patients were treated with imageological examination,and the inspection positive rate of the top three were：CT,DSA and ultrasound with the positive rates of 81.1%,71.1% and61.1% respectively.The complication rate of experimental group was 11.1% which was significantly lower than26.67% of the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION For patients with nonfunctional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors combined with infection,the examination results with B ultrasound,CT or MRI and other imageological examination are favorable and they are reliable to diagnose patients with a better prognosis with minimal invasive surgery and less trauma,and they are worthy being widely applied.
