摘　　要：目的探讨血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平检测对骨感染临床诊断价值,以期为骨感染临床诊断提供参考依据。方法选择2013年2月-2015年10月医院收诊的疑似骨感染患者123例作为研究对象,按病理分为骨感染组87例,骨转移组36例,同期选取40名健康体检人员为对照组,比较TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平差异。结果骨感染组血清TNF-α、IL-6及CRP水平分别为(215.64±72.17)ng/L、(879.56±143.15)ng/L、(87.64±34.25)mg/L,显著高于正常对照组,其中IL-6及CRP水平显著高于恶性肿瘤骨转移组,指标间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TNF-α、IL-6及CRP在骨感染炎症过程中均有不同程度的变化,对预测骨感染的发生和分类具有重要意义,其中CRP的临床参考价值最高。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of serum tumor necrosis factor（TNF-α）,interleukin-6（IL-6）and C-reactive protein（CRP）in patients with bone infections,so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis of bone infections.METHODS A total of 123 cases of patients with suspected bone infections from Feb.2013 to Oct.2015 were selected,and divided into bone infection group（n=87）and bone metastasis group（n=36）according to the pathology,and another 40 cases of healthy physical examination personnel were selected as control group.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6and CRP of the groups were detected and compared.RESULTS The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6and CRP of bone infection group were（215.64±72.17）ng/L,（879.56±143.15）ng/L and（87.64±34.25）mg/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of control group,and the serum levels of IL-6and CRP of bone infection group were significantly higher than those of bone metastasis group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThere are varying degrees of changes ofTNF-α,IL-6and CRP during the inflammation of bone infection,these indexes have important significance for predicting the occurrence and classification of bone infection,and the clinical reference value of CRP was the highest.
