摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期妇女外阴阴道念珠菌属感染患者的临床诊断与治疗,为临床上治疗妊娠期外阴阴道念珠菌属感染的诊断与治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2014年1月-2015年6月于医院接受治疗的妊娠期外阴阴道念珠菌属感染患者204例为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组:治疗Ⅰ组与治疗Ⅱ组,每组各102例;治疗Ⅰ组接受外阴阴道念珠菌属感染常规治疗,治疗Ⅱ组患者则接受针对性的特别治疗,比较两组患者感染状况及治疗效果,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果治疗Ⅰ组患者初次感染81例占79.41%;治疗Ⅱ组患者初次感染79例占77.45%;患者治疗总有效率治疗Ⅰ组为73.53%,治疗Ⅱ组为92.16%,两组数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期外阴阴道念珠菌属感染患者较一般的外阴阴道念珠菌属感染有其特殊性,临床治疗时必须严格禁止真菌类药物的应用,最大幅度地减少治疗用药对腹中胎儿的影响。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy women with vulvovaginal Candidainfection,so as to provide theoretical guidance and basis for the clinical treatment and diagnosis of gestational vulvovaginal Candidainfection.METHODS A total of 204 patients from the hospital for treatment of vulvovaginal Candidainfection during pregnancy from Jan.2014-Jun.2015 were selected as the study object,who were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group I and Ⅱ,with 102 cases of patients in each group.Treatment group I accepted routine therapy for vulvovaginal Candidainfection,treatment group Ⅱ received special targeted treatment,and the infection status and therapeutic effect were compared in the two groups of patients under the different treatments.SPSS 16.0was used for statistic analysis.RESULTS There were 81 cases of primary infection in the treatment group Ⅰ,accounting for 79.41%,treatment group Ⅱ 79 cases,accounting for 77.45%.The total efficiency was 73.53%in treatment group I and treatment group Ⅱ was 92.16%.Under comparison,data differences in two groups were significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Gestational vulvovaginal Candidainfection patients compared with the general vulvovaginal Candidainfection patients have its own peculiarities.Fungi drugs must be strictly prohibited in clinical treatment,so as to significantly reduce the impact of drug treatment on the unborn fetus.
