聚维酮碘药浴联合百多邦外用治疗新生儿脓疱疮感染的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨聚维酮碘药浴联合百多邦外用治疗新生儿脓疱疮感染的效果,为临床治疗方案的选择提供科学的参考依据。方法选取2010年7月-2015年6月医院收治的新生儿脓疱疮感染患儿40例,依据随机数表法分为观察组20例,应用聚维酮碘药浴+百多邦外用,对照组20例,应用百多邦外用,比较两组患儿的临床疗效及不良反应,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组80.00%;观察组电解质紊乱2例,低血糖1例,不良发生率为15.00%;对照组低蛋白血症2例,电解质紊乱2例,低血糖1例,败血症1例,不良发生率为30.00%。结论聚维酮碘药浴联合百多邦外用治疗新生儿脓疱疮感染疗效显著,具有安全可靠、临床治愈率高的特点。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of povidone iodophor bath combined with Bactroban topical treatment for neonatal impetigo infection,so as to provide scientific basis for the choice of clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 40 cases of children with neonatal impetigo infection in our hospital from Jul.2010-to Jun.2015 were selected,according to a random number table method who were divided into two groups（povidone iodine dipping＋Bactroban 20cases）and control group（Bactroban,20cases）.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups of children were compared.SPSS 19.0was used for statistic analysis for data.RESULTS The total effective rate was 95.00%in observation group,which was higher than that in control group 80.00%.There were2 cases of hypoproteinemia in control group,2cases of electrolyte imbalance,1case of hypoglycemia,and 1case sepsis,and the total incidence rate was 30.00%.CONCLUSION Povidone iodine dipping joint Bactroban topical treatment for neonatal impetigo infection has remarkable result,which is safe and reliable and with high clinical cure rate.
