摘　　要：梳理了灵性研究的相关概念,明确了国内外晚期癌症患者灵性健康需求的内容,分析了影响晚期癌症患者灵性健康的主要因素,详细阐述了国外晚期癌症患者灵性健康评估的研究进展,包括评估方法与评估工具的开发及使用情况,同时对国内晚期癌症患者灵性健康评估现状进行总结。提出为更好地了解晚期癌症患者灵性健康状况及灵性需求,予以针对性的灵性照顾,必须重视该群体灵性健康的评估。开发与中国国情及传统文化相适应的灵性健康评估工具,并对灵性健康的影响因素进行相关性分析,探索并建立符合中国传统文化的灵性照顾模式。This paper reviewed the relevant concepts of spirituality.The spiritual health demand of advanced cancer patients at home and abroad is made clear.It also makes an analysis of the main influencing factors of spiritual health of patients with advanced cancer and elaborates foreign research progress of spiritual health assessment of advanced cancer patients in detail,including the development and application of the assessment methods and tools.Meanwhile,the paper summarizes domestic assessment of advanced cancer patients＇ spiritual health.It is concluded that it is necessary to pay attention to the assessment of the spiritual health of advanced cancer patients in order to understand the spiritual health status and spiritual needs of patients with advanced cancer.We need develop the spiritual health assessment tools adapting to China＇s national conditions and traditional culture so as to make correlation analysis on some factors on the spiritual health,and finally to explore and establish the spiritual care model conforming to the Chinese traditional culture.
