摘　　要：随着人们生活方式的改变及生育年龄的延迟,特别是全面二胎政策放开以后,高龄不孕患者越来越多。高龄患者因面临卵巢储备功能减退的风险而寻求辅助生殖技术ART进行助孕治疗。在ART治疗过程中,其助孕治疗妊娠率明显下降,医疗风险与伦理风险都会显著增加。因此,高龄不孕女性进行ART治疗时,需要医疗机构在正确评估患者生育力的同时,提供符合高龄女性个体化的治疗方案,同时关注高龄患者助孕治疗过程中的相关伦理问题。With the changing of people＇s life style and the delate of fertility age,especially after the policy of two children for every couple was allowed,there are more and more elderly infertility women.The lower reproductive ability in old age pushed them to seek the help of assisted reproductive technology（ART）.The old women,performing ART in usually increased the risk of medicine and ethics,and the pregnancy rate of ART in old women was lower than that in young lady.When the elder infertile women seeking the ART help,not only should the ART institutes give a comprehensive assessment for the reproductive potential of old women performing ART,but also they should make a proper method for every patient according to their own reproductive ability and pay more attention to the ethic problems.
