摘　　要：孙自学教授,博士生导师,系河南省首届名中医,致力于中医男科学研究近30年,学验皆丰,造诣颇深。在其临床实践中,善于运用经方合方治疗男科疾病,尤其在男科疑难杂病的诊治中,经方合方运用独出心裁,别具一格,疗效确切。笔者有幸跟随孙师学习,现选录孙师运用经方合方治疗鲍恩样丘疹病,血精性精囊炎,射精痛,阴茎异常勃起这些男科疑难杂症医案,介绍如下,以启迪同道。Professor Sun Zixue is the first name traditional Chinese medicine doctor of Henan province, doctoral supervisor, and he has been engaged in clinical andrology nearly 30 years. His knowledge and experience are very rich, and he has a high talent. In the clinical practice, and he is good at using prescriptions in the treatment of male diseases with combined prescriptions, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult miscellaneous male diseases. The combined prescriptions are inventive, and have a unique style. He obtained good curative effect in clinical practice. The authors are lucky to follow the teacher Sun, and now share the medi-cal record with fellow about teacher Sun uses combined prescriptions in the treatment of Bowenoid papulosis, the diagnosis of seminal vesiculitis, pain of ejaculation and priapism. This will give us some enlightenment.
