刺络拔罐治疗急性腰痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨刺络拔罐治疗急性腰痛的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月—2015年10月收治的86例急性腰痛患者作为受试对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例和观察组46例。2组患者均在本院治疗:观察组采用刺络拔罐疗法;对照组采用普通针刺+拔罐疗法,比较2组患者治疗前和治疗3 d、6 d后临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组VAS评分无显著差异P>0.05。治疗3 d、6 d后,观察组VAS评分均显著低于对照组,组间差异P<0.05。观察组总有效率(91.30%)高于对照组(87.50%),组间差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论急性腰痛患者采用刺络拔罐治疗,临床效果较为理想,应推广使用该疗法。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of pricking and cupping in the treatment of acute lumbago. Methods Selecying 86 cases of acute lumbago patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 as the subjects, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in the control group and 46 cases in the observation group.Two groups of patients were in the hospital. The observation group was treated with pricking and cupping therapy. The control group was treated with normal acupuncture and cupping therapy. Before and after treatment, treatment of 3D and 6D, the clinical curative effect was compared. Results Before treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups had no significant difference P 〉0.05. After treatment of 3D and 6D, VAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant, P〈0.05. The total effective rate of the observation group（91.30%） was higher than the control group（87.50%）, and the differences between groups had statistical significance P〈0.05. Conclusion The pricking and cupping in the treatment of acute lumbago had ideal clinical effect, and should be promoted.
