安神止晕汤联合耳穴压豆治疗眩晕48例

摘　　要：目的探讨安神止晕汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法将中心门诊的96名患者分成2组,每组48例;对照组采用常规西药对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予自拟安神止晕汤配合耳穴压豆。结果治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组为81.3%,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安神止晕汤配合耳穴压豆治疗改善眩晕等症状疗效更佳,值得在临床推广及应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Anshen Zhiyun decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods 96 patients were divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conven-tional Western medicine. The treatment group was given additionally an especially prepared Anshen Zhiyun decoction with auricular seed pressing therapy. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95.8 % and 81.3%, respectively, and the differences between these two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Anshen Zhiyun decoction combined with auricular seed pressing therapy in the treatment of vertigo and dizziness and other symptoms has a significant effect,and is worth to be promoted and applied in clinical treatment.
