摘 要:以循环多次后的浸灰废水为研究对象,采用絮凝-过滤方法处理。选择硫酸铝钾、三氯化铁和聚合氯化铝为絮凝剂,配合助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺,优化了絮凝条件;以木炭、煤渣和工业用砂为滤料,优选滤料的粒度和种类;最后分析了最优条件处理后的水质情况。结果表明,循环浸灰废水的絮凝处理最优条件为:p H=11左右,硫酸铝钾用量为1.6g/L,聚丙烯酰胺用量为0.005g/L。以颗粒直径d≤0.9mm的煤渣为滤料时,滤液固含量最低。经絮凝-过滤处理后,总固含量减少70.42%,悬浮物含量减少92.60%,COD值下降32.39%,废水中主要污染物(硫化物和氧化钙)基本消失。本研究结果可为循环浸灰废水的处理提供参考。The circular liming wastewater was flocculated first and then filtrated. Aluminium potassium sulfate, ferric chloride and polymeric aluminium chloride were chose as a flocculant cooperated with polyacrylamide in flocculating process. Then, the charcoal, coal cinder and sand were selected as a filter material. After the treatment of flocculation and filtration, the water quality was analyzed. The results show that aluminium potassium sulfate (1.6g/L) ,polyacrylamide (0. 005g/L) and pH (about 11 ) is the optimal condition of the process in the flocculation. For the stage of filtration, when the coal cinder with a particle diameter less than or equal to 0. 9mm,is used as a filter material,the solid content is the lowest in the filtrate. After the process of flocculation and filtration, the content of total solid, suspended solid and COD value decrease obviously by 70. 42 % ,92. 60% and 32. 39 % , respectively. At the same time, main pollutants, sulfide and calcium oxide, almost disappear in the treated wastewater. The research results provide a valuable reference for the treatment of the circular liming wastewater.
