摘 要:皮革制品在使用过程中,由于受到环境因素的综合作用,会引起其卫生性能的变化。采用氙灯光源模拟太阳光对无铬鞣革进行老化试验,考察无铬鞣革老化前后透气、透水汽性能的变化情况。试验设定老化温度分别为25℃和65℃,相对湿度50%,辐照度800W/m2,光照时间分别为24、48、72h。与老化前对比发现:合成鞣革和植铝鞣革透气值均增加,植醛鞣革和醛植鞣革透气值均减小,且老化时间越长,透气值变化越大。4种无铬鞣革的透水汽值均增加,且老化温度为65℃时比老化温度为25℃时增加得更多。The leathers' hygienic properties which were influenced by environment factors would be changed during using process. Simulating sunlight the xenon lamp aging test was carried out on the chrome - free leather, by which the change of air permeability and water vapor permeability of chrome - free leather before and after light aging was inspected. Under the aging experiment conditions,25℃ and 65℃ ,50% RH,illumination intensity 800W/m^2, the samples were irradiated for 24h,48h and 72h respectively. Compared to unaging samples, it can be found that the air permeability of syntans tanned leather and vegetable - Al tanned leather are increased and that of vegetable - aldehyde tanned leather and aldehyde - vegetable tanned leather are decreased, and the change of air permeability will become more distinct as the extension of aging time. The water vapor permeability of the four kinds of chromium - free leathers are all increased and increased more when the aging temperature is 65 ℃.
