摘 要:对影响沸腾床渣油加氢转化率的因素进行了详细研究,以伊朗减压渣油为原料,分别在间歇式高压釜和沸腾床小型装置上进行实验考察。结果表明:提高反应温度和增加反应时间,可以提高渣油转化率。渣油转化率对反应温度非常敏感,与反应温度呈线性关系,反应温度提高1℃,转化率可增加1~2百分点。反应温度和反应时间对产品分布也有很大影响。随着反应温度升高和反应时间延长,产品中轻质馏分收率增加,重质馏分收率减少。反应压力对渣油转化影响不大。在反应温度相同的条件下,经过第二段加氢后,500℃以上渣油转化率还可提高10百分点。The tests of Iranian vacuum residue hydroconversion was carried out in the batch autoclave and small ebullated bed pilot plant to have a detailed study of the impact factors of residue hydroconversion. The results show that the rate of residue hydroconversion has been improved with rising reaction temperature and increasing reaction time. The conversion rate of residue is very sensitive to the reaction temperature,which lines with the reaction temperature. When the reaction temperature rises by 1 ℃,the conversion rate will increase by 1% ~ 2%. The reaction temperature and the reaction time have great impact on the product distribution. With the increase of reaction temperature and reaction time,the product yield of light fraction increases and heavy distillate yield goes down. Reaction pressure has little impact on the residue conversion. With two hydrogenation reactors,the conversion rate of residue of over 500 ℃ fraction after second reactor can be improved by at least 10 percent as compared with the first one under the same reaction temperature.
