摘  要:中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发了一种以单质硫为主要原料的硫化剂FSA-55的制备技术。硫化剂FSA-55中硫质量分数为52%~56%,起始分解温度为120~150℃,闪点高达110~125℃,具有良好的安全性能及使用性能。通过与二甲基二硫醚(DMDS)、叔壬基多硫化物(TNPS)、二甲基硫化物(DMS)等传统硫化剂的性质进行对比,硫化剂FSA-55安全性能(闪点)及使用性能(硫含量、分解温度)均有较大提升,基本接近于进口硫化剂二叔丁基多硫化物(SZ54)的指标水平。通过与硫化剂DMDS的应用对比评价可知,该硫化剂具有良好的硫化性能,可完全替代硫化剂DMDS,具有良好的应用前景。SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals( FRIPP) has successfully developed a state-of-art effective technology for preparation of sulfurizing agent FSA-55 with sulfide as its main component. The FSA-55 sulfurizing agent,whose sulfur content is 52% to 56%,the initial decomposition temperature is between 120℃ and 150℃,the flash point is from 110℃ to 125℃,has good safety properties and operational performances. As compared with the properties of conventional sulfurizing agents like dimethyl disulfide( DMDS),TNPS,DMS etc.,the sulfurizing agent FSA-55 has offered great improvement in safety( flash point) and performance( sulfide content and decomposition temperature),which are close to those of imported sulfurizing agent SZ54——ditertiary butyl polysulfide. It is known from the application and comparison of DMDS,this sulfurizing agent has good sulfurizing performances and can completely replace DMDS. Furthermore,it has good application prospects.
