摘 要:芳烃联合装置流程长、产品多且沸点接近,是炼油厂最大的耗能部门,其中大量低温热没有回收利用是主要原因。总结了国内芳烃装置低温余热回收利用的实践,计算了中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼化分公司芳烃装置的低温余热分布,在成功回收邻二甲苯塔塔顶油气潜热产13 t/h,0.55 MPa蒸汽的基础上,提出了进一步回收利用余热的措施,包括:1将芳烃余热转化成热水并外送到邻近的石化园区作为其低温热阱热源,以减少园区蒸汽消耗;2实施装置内部热集成,升级利用低温热;3针对惠州地处亚热带,无采暖需求,伴热负荷小,且电价相对较高的现状,研究采用有机工质朗肯循环回收余热发电。计算表明,经过低温热热水输出、蒸汽凝结水发电改造和装置热集成改造,实现节能量406.1 TJ/a,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。The aromatic complex,which is long in process,multiple in products and close in boiling point,is the largest energy consumer of petroleum refinery. The main cause of high energy consumption was that the low-temperature heat was not recovered and utilized. The practices of recovery of low-temperature heat in domestic aromatic complexes were summarized,the low-temperature heat distribution in the aromatic complex in Huizhou Refining Company of CNOOC Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd. was calculated,and measures to further recover and utilize waste heat are presented based upon the experience of successful recovery of latent heat of vaporization in the overhead vapor of o-xylene tower to produce 0. 55 MPa steam at a capacity of13 t / h. The measures include:( 1) The waste heat is utilized to produce hot water,which is sent to the neighboring petrochemical units as the heat source so as to reduce the steam consumption of the petrochemical units;( 2) The heat sources within the unit are integrated to upgrade and utilize the low-temperature heat;( 3) The electric power generation by Rankine cycle is studied as the plant site is located in subtropical zone,there is no heating requirement,the heat tracing load is small and electricity price is high. The calculations show that the annual energy saving is 406. 1 TJ / yr by supply of low-temperature heat water,revamping of power generation by condensate water and revamping of heat integration of the unit. Both economic benefits and social benefits are significant.
