摘 要:作为旅游目的地特色娱乐活动,旅游演艺活动在延长旅游者逗留时间和丰富旅游者体验方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。以《印象·刘三姐》《宋城千古情》《藏谜》为例,搜集旅游者网络游记和旅游网站在线评论,利用ROST软件对3类旅游演艺游客体验的网络文本进行高频词提取、社会网络K-核分析和情感分析,发现不同类型的旅游演艺活动在旅游者核心体验、旅游者情感满意度以及评价影响因素方面存在显著差异。从旅游者视角对旅游演艺的观后体验进行研究,对旅游演艺产品的品牌塑造和可持续发展具有重要意义。As a recreational activity of the tourism destination,the tourism performing art has been increasingly important in ex-tending tourists stay and enriching tourists’experience.This article has taken the examples of “Impression:Third Sister Liu”,“Song Cheng Eternal Love”,“The Mystery of Tibetan”to collect the tourists’network travels and online reviews of tourism web-sites and then utilize the ROST software to extract the high-frequency words of web text,analyze the K nuclear of social network and emotion.This article found that the different tourism performing activities have significant difference on tourists’core experi-ences,emotional satisfaction and evaluation factors .To conduct a study of tourists’watching feedback toward tourism perform-ance plays an important role in the brand building and sustainable development of tourism performing products.
