摘　　要：介绍我国铁道行业标准TB/T 3330—2015《无线闭塞中心技术规范》的制定背景及过程、适用范围和主要内容。重点解读无线闭塞中心安全完整度要求、行车许可、RBC-RBC移交、临时限速、密钥、RBC接口等与安全相关的技术要求,并提出未来改进方向。标准明确了无线闭塞中心的功能、接口和性能要求,可满足设备互联互通要求。The article introduces the background,process,applicable scope and primary coverage of the Chinese Railway Industry Standard TB/T 3330—2015 Technical Specifications for Radio Block Center（RBC）. It mainly focuses on safety-related technical requirements such as safety integrity level,movement authority,RBC-RBC handover,temporary speed restriction,encryption keys and RBC interface,etc. of RBC,putting forward the way to improve in the future. The Standard specifies the function,interface and performance requirements of RBC,which can realize equipment interconnecting and interworking.
