运动试验对拟诊冠心病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨运动平板试验(TET)对拟诊冠心病的临床效果。方法以冠状动脉造影(CAG)为诊断冠心病的"金标准",对160例拟诊冠心病患者的TET和CAG检查进行分析。结果 TET检出冠心病的敏感性为79.31%,特异性为63.01%,阳性预测值为71.88%,阴性预测值为71.88%;TET诊断结果阳性与冠状动脉病变狭窄程度≥75%有关。结论 TET检出冠心病的特异性较低,但敏感性高,应结合患者各种情况,以提高诊断准确性。Objective To investigate clinical effect by treadmill exercise test （TET） in simulation diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods Coronary arteriography （CAG） was taken as gold standard in diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and analysis was made on TET and CAG exa mination for 160 coronary heart disease patients.Results In diagnosis of coronary heart disease, TET had sensitivity as 79.31%, specificity as 63.01%, positive predictive value as 71.88% and negative predictive value as 71.88%. Positive TET diagnosis is related with coronary artery lesions stenosis≥75%.Conclusion Due to low specificity and high sensitivity of TET in diagnosis of coronary heart disease, it is necessary to improve accuracy by combining individual condition of patients.
