惠州市惠阳区流动人口未婚女性人工流产后避孕知识调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解惠州市惠阳区流动人口未婚女性人工流产避孕知识掌握情况,为进一步提高育龄妇女生殖健康水平提供理论依据。方法采用面对面问卷调查访谈方式对惠阳区自愿行人工流产的660例流动人口未婚女性的避孕知识、避孕情况等信息进行统计分析。结果流动未婚女性中69.55%对宫内节育器、避孕套等11种避孕方法有所耳闻,7.27%对避孕方法的使用、避孕原理、优缺点知识有详细的了解,而20.91%的女性对上述避孕知识原理了解情况几乎为零。避孕知识来源:39.09%是从电视、广播等传媒获得,30.45%是从报刊、杂志、书籍、宣传单获得,20.15%是从网络了解,10.30%是从培训班、咨询处进行了解。结论加强流动人口人工流产未婚女性的生殖健康教育,各类计生、卫生部门要积极开展流产后避孕知识的宣传和普及,以达到降低人工流产率和重复流产率,以达到提高生殖健康保健水平的目的。Objective To understand contraceptive knowledge after artificial abortion by unmarried female among floating population in Huiyang district of Huizhou city, and to provide theoretical reference for further improvement of reproductive health level in childbearing-age women.Methods Face-to-face questionnaire was taken to research contraceptive knowledge after artificial abortion by 660 unmarried female among floating population in Huiyang district for statistical analysis.Results There were 69.55% of unmarried female among floating population knowing 11 contraceptive ways, such as intrauterine device and condom, 7.27% having detailed knowledge of application way, principle and relative merits, and 20.91% having no knowledge of the mentioned contraceptive way. There were 39.09% of the women gaining their knowledge from television or radio, 30.45% from newspaper, magazine, book and leaflet, 20.15% from network, and 10.30% from training class and advisory service.Conclusion Enhancement of reproductive health education for unmarried female among floating population, and active promotion and publicity of contraceptive knowledge by family planning and health departments are necessary for reducing artificial abortion and repeated abortion rates, and improving reproductive health level.
