探究关节镜下清理与钻孔减压术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究关节镜下清理与钻孔减压术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,根据患者入院编号进行分组,双号为实验组,单号对照组,各50例。对照组给予针灸治疗,实验组给予关节镜下清理与钻孔减压术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为92%,高于对照组的78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用关节镜下清理与钻孔减压术的方式对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗其效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,还能提高患者关节功能的恢复情况,因此,关节镜下清理与钻孔减压术方法值得在临床上被推广和使用。Objective To investigate clinical effect by arthroscopic debridement and drilling decompression in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided by admission number into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment, and the experimental group received arthroscopic debridement and drilling decompression. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 92% than 78% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of arthroscopic debridement and drilling decompression shows precise effect in treating knee osteoarthritis, along with effective improvement of clinical symptoms and joint function recovery in patients. Therefore, arthroscopic debridement and drilling decompression is worth clinical promotion and application.
