摘 要:研究了不同配方基质理化性质及其对油松幼苗生长的影响,复配基质采用香菇渣、牛粪和田园土,重心混料设计,以田园土为对照,共14个处理,3次重复。结果表明,基质的理化性质指标间存在显著的相关关系,基质容重与苗木地下生物量、总生物量的相关系数均达0.92以上,与苗木侧根数量的相关系数达到0.73;有机质与苗木地上生物量和总生物量等生长指标的相关系数达到0.82以上。容重和有机质可以作为复配基质的控制指标。在大田育苗条件下,油松苗适宜的基质容重为0.8~0.9 g/cm3,有机质含量50~80 g/kg,配方为54%田园土+23%香菇渣+23%牛粪、77%田园土+23%香菇渣、65%田园土+35%香菇渣和65%田园土+35%牛粪。This research work was conducted in order to investigate the effects of physical and chemical properties of growing media on Chinese pine seedlings. The seedlings were grown in 14 media containing spent mushroom and cow dung or their mixture, as well as soil in various ratios. The experiment was arranged with two replicates per treatment under outside conditions. Prior to sowing, some physical and chemical properties of growing media were determined. Some growth indexes in terms of height, main root length, lateral root number, biomass, etc. of seedling were also measured at the end of growth. In most of cases, the addition of spent mushroom and cow dung to growing media produced an increase in total porosity, air porosity, water holding capacity, and organic matter, N as well P content and a decrease in volume-weight values in comparison to soil. The correlation index were 0.736, 0.925 and 0.923, respectively between volume-weight of media and lateral root number, underground biomass as well as total biomass of tested seedlings. The correlation index between organic matter of growing media and aboveground biomass as well as total biomass of tested seedlings could reach 0.82.The values of volume-weight and organic matter could be used for the controlling factors to produce growing media with spent mushroom, cow dung and soil for Chinese pine seedling cultivation. In the field conditions, the growing media with volume-weight values of 0.8-0.9 g/cm3 and organic matter contents of 50-80 g/kg could be most suitable for Chinese pine seedling production. And substrates based on this experiment was therefore ①54% soil, 23% spent mushroom and 23% cow dung, ②77% soil and 23% spent mushroom, ③65% soil and 35% spent mushroom, and ④65% soil and 35% cow dung to propose for growing Chinese pine seedlings.
