摘  要:国投新集公司口孜东矿属千米深井,覆盖层厚,巷道断面大,围岩岩性软,地应力高,巷道支护极其困难。经反复研究实践,采用"三位一体"充填式复合支护形式,有效控制了巷道围岩变形。同时自主研究了充填支护材料,创造性地采用了从地面到井下的远距离充填材料自动化输送系统,并对掘进机械化设备进行升级,确保了支护的连续性和及时性,取得了较好的支护效果和经济效益。Kouzidong Coal Mine is a kilometer deep shaft featured by thick overburden,large cross- sectional area of roadways,soft rock strata,high ground stress and difficult support of the roadway. Based on the repeated investigation and practice,a "three- in- one"compound stowing support pattern was applied and the roadway deformation was under effective control. Meanwhile,the mine independently developed a stowing support material and creatively used the long- distance automatic transportation system to convey the stowing material from the surface to the underground coal mining district. The mine also upgraded the roadway heading machinery so as to ensure the continuity and timeliness of the support. The use of this support pattern has obtained better supporting effect and economic benefits.
