摘 要:目的:探讨大学生饮酒行为的现状、后果及其与预期同辈行为等因素的相互关系,以期为大学生健康行为干预提供一种新的思路。方法:通过方便取样的方法对北京市两所综合大学的429名1~3年级的本科生进行"大学生饮酒行为及其相关因素"的问卷调查,问卷包括一般资料,大学生自我实际饮酒量、频率和饮酒后果,以及预期其他大学生饮酒量、频率和其他健康相关行为等。结果:大学生饮酒量性别差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.779,P〈0.05)。排除性别差异后,在5种饮酒场合中不同学校男生的饮酒量差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而女生仅在自己房间中的饮酒量差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.056,P〈0.05)。预期同辈的饮酒量、预期同辈由饮酒导致的不利后果与大学生自身行为的差异,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。逐步回归的结果显示,预期同辈饮酒量,自身吸烟频率及性别能够有效预期个体的饮酒行为。结论:大学生的饮酒行为可以由性别、自身吸烟行为及其预期同辈饮酒量预测,可以尝试通过促进大学生彼此交流、共同建立校园行为规范的方式对大学生饮酒行为进行干预。Objective: To explore the relationship among alcohol--drinking behavior status, consequence and the prediction of peer behavior among college students.Methods: Convenience sampling was used in the analysis among 432 undergraduate cbllege students in grade 1 to 3 in two comprehensive university of Beijing.The questionnaire was designed to examine alcohol--drinking behavior and the related factors of college students, including general demographic information, the actual alcohol consumption, frequency etc. Results: The difference of alcohol consumption caused by gender in college students was statistically significant (Z=-5. 779, P〈0.05). Controlling gender differ- ence, there were consumption differences in colleges among male students in different environments. For female students, the difference of alcohol consumption existed in drinking in "their own room" (Z=-2.056, P (0.05).Pre-dicted alcohol consumption of peers, the unfavorable consequences caused by drinking and the behavior preference of students themselves had significant differences (P〈0.05). Stepwise regression analysis indicated that the perceived alcohol consumption of peers,smoking frequency and gender could be used to forecast the drinking behavior effec- tively.Conclusion: Predicted alcohol consumption of peers, self smoking frequency and gender can forecast the individ- ual drinking behavior effectively.Tring to promote college students communicate with each other, establish distinct campus social norm together will be an accessible intervention.
