摘  要:对全省77台燃煤火电机组脱硝CEMS情况进行分析,并优化改进燃煤火电机组脱硝设施。研制了SNCR脱硝自动投加装置、优化SCR脱硝氨喷出装置,提高了脱硝效率;设计一种新型回转式空预器,解决燃煤电厂空预器堵塞问题;改进了脱硝CEMS在线系统采样装置,提高NOx数据采集精度;提出一种烟气排放免罚时段的判定方法,实现脱硝环保电价的自动结算。应用实践表明其效果良好,提高了安徽省燃煤电厂NOx减排效果。The status of denitrification CEMS in 77 coal- fired power units were analyzed, and optimization of denitrification facilities were optimizated. The removal of denitration efficiency was improved by the development of automatic switching equipment and optimization of SCR nitrate ammonia injection device. The congestion problem about Ammonium Bisulphate(ABS) of air -preheater in coal- power plants was solved by designing of a new type of rotary air - preheater. The accuracy of nitrogen oxide data was improved by optimizing the sam- pling device of CEMS online system about removal nitrate. Automatic settlement of denitration environmental protection price was achieved by putting forward a judging method about flue gas emissions impunity tirne in coal - fired power units. The practice shows that effect is good, and the effect of reducing the emission of coal tired power plants in Anhui province is improved.
