摘　　要：目的了解宜兴市1999—2014年的艾滋病感染情况。方法对宜兴市1999—2014年艾滋病感染的上报资料进行分析整理。结果 1999—2014年共报告人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染者和艾滋病（AIDS）患者309例,总体发现AIDS感染呈逐年上升趋势。从感染途径来看,异性传播占第1位（55.3%）,同性传播占比列第2位（29.1%）,吸毒第3位（11.7%）,其他途径占比很小。男男同性恋从零发现到2014年发现20例,占比达到31.7%。从户籍来看,该地户籍病例较多（64.1%）,其中前3位为官林镇、宜城街道及丁蜀镇。男女性别比为5.18（259∶50）。年龄主要集中在20~69岁间,50岁以上老年人发现人数呈现增加趋势,从2004年的3例发展至2014年的25例,晚发病例比例较高。结论今后应特别加强老年人及男男同性恋群体的AIDS防治和干预工作。[Objective] To understand the HIV infection situation of Yixing City from1999-2014. [Methods] The reported data of HIV infection situation of Yixing City from 1999-2014 were arranged and analyzed. [Results] Totally 309 cases of HIV infection and AIDS patients were reported from 1999-2014,and the HIV infection showed a rising trend gradually. As for the infection route,the heterosexual sexual transmission accounted for 55.3%,which was then most common route,followed by the homosexual sexual transmission（29.1%） and addiction（11.7%）,and other routes accounted for a small proportion. There were 20 cases of men who have sex with men（MSM） in 2014,accounting for 31.7%. 64.1% of cases were people with local household registration,and top three areas were Guanlin Town,Yicheng Street,and Dingshu Town.The ratio of male-to-female was 5.18（259 ∶50）. Most of cases were people aged 20-69 years old. The number of cases over50 years old showed a rising trend,which increased from 3 cases in 2004 to 25 cases in 2014. The proportion of late-onset cases was high. [Conclusion]It is important to strengthen the AIDS prevention and intervention among elderly and MSM.
