摘　　要：目的提高手术成本核算的精准度,成本数据提供的实时性。进一步提高手术室资源利用率、工作效率及成本管理水平。方法基于医院信息化平台,设计、开发手术成本精细化管理信息系统,测算每一例住院手术的主要成本,包括可收费耗材、不可收费耗材、仪器、人力及手术台等成本。结果 2015年9月底开发了"手术成本精细化管理信息系统",能生成单例手术收入-成本综合报表,用以指导临床,加强手术成本分析和控制。Objective To improve accuracy of surgery cost accounting and instantaneity of cost data providing so as to improve resource utilization rate of operating room, work efficiency and cost management level. Methods Surgery Sophisticated Cost Management Information System was designed and developed based on hospital information platform to calculate main surgery cost of each inpatient, including chargeable consumable, not chargeable consumable, instruments, manpower and operating table. Results Surgery Sophisticated Cost Management Information System developed by the end of September 2005 can create comprehensive report forms of singleton surgery income and cost automatically in order to guide clinical practice and enhance cost control of surgery.
