摘　　要：合理调整医用耗材管理的资源配置,理顺工作关系和程序,可以节约相应的人力成本,提高医用耗材周转率和领用科室的满意度。Reasonable adjustment of medical consumables resource allocation and work processes can save corresponding cost of human resources as well as improve turnover rate of medical consumables and departments＇ satisfaction.
