摘　　要：目的调查托克托县某小学8-12岁儿童氟斑牙情况和尿氟含量水平,比较不同年龄、不同性别儿童氟斑牙情况和尿氟含量水平的差异,当地氟中毒防治工作提供依据。方法以该小学所有在校8-12岁儿童为研究对象,检查氟斑牙情况和采集尿样测定尿氟含量。结果该小学儿童氟斑牙检出率为29.6%,尿氟含量均值为2.173mg/L,不同年龄和不同性别儿童氟斑牙情况无统计学差异（P﹥0.05）,不同年龄组儿童尿氟含量均数差异有统计学意义（F=11.045,P﹤0.05）,其中以12岁组儿童尿氟含量均数最高;不同性别的儿童尿氟含量均数差异无统计学（t=0.087,P﹥0.05）。结论该小学儿童尿氟含量均值高于正常值,尿氟含量水平与饮用当地水的年限有关,应加强对当地水氟含量和氟中毒情况的监测。Objective To investigate the dental fluorosis and the urine fluoride concentration level of the children aged 8-12 of a elementary school in Tuoketuo County, Compare the differences between different ages, gender, and to provide the basis for local fluorosis prevention and control. Methods All students aged 8-12 in the primary school were studied, and dental fluorosis was examined and urine samples of them were collected to determinate urine fluoride content. Results The prevalence rate of dental fluorosis was 29.6%, the mean urinary fluoride content of the primary school children was 2.173 mg / L, there were no significant differences in the different age groups and different gender groups for the dental fluorosis situation（P﹥0.05）, there were significant differences in the different age for the mean urinary fluoride content（F =11.045, p﹤0.05）, of which the 12 year-old children had the highest number of urinary fluoride content, there were no significant differences in the different gender groups（t=0.087, P﹥0.05）. Conclusion The mean urinary fluoride content levels of the children in the primary school was slightly higher than normal value, and was connected with time of drinking local water, the surveillance on the local water fluoride content and fluorosis state should be strengthened.
