摘 要:针对国内某大型钢铁厂1^#高炉内碱金属与锌循环富集的生产现状,在实验室条件下以反应管内环境模拟高炉内的吸附环境设计了钠和锌分别对球团矿的蒸气吸附试验,来研究高炉中循环富集的钠和锌对球团矿冶金性能的影响。试验结果表明,球团矿对于钠和锌的富集率不同,球团矿对于锌的富集吸附能力较强,钠稍弱于锌;随着球团矿对钠和锌富集倍数的增加,球团矿的平均抗压强度明显下降;气相富集的钠和锌会促进球团矿的还原性(由62.9%增加到70.3%以上);钠和锌对于球团矿的还原膨胀性能影响较弱,球团矿原样(1^#)的还原膨胀指数(RSI)为15.20%,富钠16倍(3^#)和富锌200倍(5^#)球团矿的还原膨胀指数分别为15.84%和13.63%。In view of the production status of cyclic enrichment of alkali metal and zinc in No. 1 BF of a large domestic iron and steel plant, under the laboratory condition, the interior reaction tube environment was used to simulate the adsorption environ- ment in BF, the steam adsorption test of sodium (Na) and zinc (Zn) for pellet was designed respectively to study the effect of cyclic enriched sodium and zinc in BF on metallurgy performance of pellets. The test results show that, the enrichment rate of pellet for Na and Zn is different, the adsorption capacity of pellet for Zn is stronger than that for Na ; With the increase of the enrichment times of pellet for Na and Zn, the average compressive strength of pellet decreases obviously ; The pellet reducibility is promoted by the enriched Na and Zn in gas phase( increases from 62. 9% to 70. 3% or above) ;The sodium and zinc has little effect on the reduction swelling performance of pellet, the reduction swelling index(RSI) of original pellet is 15.20% , and the RSI of sodium enriched 16 times( 3#) pellet and zinc enriched 200 times( 5#) pellet is 15.84% and 13.63% respectively.
