摘 要:研究了利用烧结大烟道废气进行热风烧结时合理的循环烧结面积,试验采用自主开发的加热炉,考察了不同热风保持时间对烧结过程参数、烧结矿质量以及烧结技术经济指标的影响。试验结果表明,热风保持时间在6 min和8 min时各项指标均达到较好水平,建议废气循环烧结面积采用总烧结面积的23%~35%。基于上述试验结果,对迁钢360 m^2烧结机实施了烧结大烟道废气循环改造,改造后废气循环烧结面积占总烧结面积的22%,烧结矿质量明显改善,平均粒径提高2.25 mm,固体燃耗降低2.85 kg/t。The reasonable recirculated sintering area when utilizing the sintering windmain waste gas for hot air sintering was studied, by adopting the independently developed heating furnace for the test, the influences of different hot air retaining time on sintering process parameters, sinter quality and sintering technical and economic indexes were investigated. The test results show that,all the indexes can reach good level when the hot air retaining time is 6 min and 8 min, and it is suggested that the waste gas recirculated sintering area should be 23% - 35% of the total sintering area. Based on the abovementioned test results, the 'sintering windmain waste gas circulation reconstruction was implemented for Qian' an Steel 360 m^2 sinter machine,the waste gas recirculated sintering area after reconstruction accounted for 22% of the total sintering area, the sinter quality was significant improved, the mean size of sinter was increased by 2. 25 mm and the solid fuel consumption was decreased by 2. 85 kg/t.
