摘 要:为改善结构柱抗冲击性能,提出最优截面形式,对不同截面的新型复合柱进行了抗冲击试验研究,并基于3种通用动力非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc、ABAQUS和ANSYS/LS-DYNA对撞击试验进行了数值模拟。试验结果表明新型复合柱的整体抗冲击性能较好;在相同外径和用钢量下,实心夹层钢管混凝土抗冲击性能最佳,空心夹层钢管混凝土抗冲击性能次之,内插双H型钢钢管混凝土稍差。ABAQUS建立的有限元模型和试验结果吻合最好,MSC.Marc次之,ANSYS/LS-DYNA稍差。研究结果可为新建大型铁路站房柱抗冲击选择最优截面提供依据,并为选取适合的有限元软件进行抗冲击分析提供参考。In order to improve the impact resistance of structural columns and propose optimal section form, impact resistance tests were performed for novel composite columns with different cross sections. The experiments were performed on the DHR-9401 drop hammer test machine. Three widely used nonlinear dynamic finite element software (i.e., MSC.Marc, ABAQUS and ANSYS/LS-DYNA) were adopted to simulate the impact experiments. Experimental results show that the composite columns have good impact resistances. For the specimens with the identical outside diameter and steel ratio, the concrete filled double skin steel tubes columns have the best impact resistance, followed by the hollow concrete filled steel columns and the concrete filled steel tube column with double H-shaped steel. In addition, among the simulated results, ABAQUS have the best agreement with the experiment results, followed by MSC.Marc and ANSYS/LS-DYNA. These observations can assist in providing suggestions for choosing the best section form of new large railway stations, and offering references for selecting suitable finite element software for impact resistance analysis.
