摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师参与使用间苯三酚治疗晚期先兆流产患者的药学实践。方法:针对1例晚期先兆流产患者应用间苯三酚保胎治疗的案例,临床药师参与该患者的治疗过程,提供药学监护,对间苯三酚是否可用于治疗晚期先兆流产进行分析和探讨。结果:临床药师积极协助医患沟通,促进治疗安全、有序地开展,在临床药物治疗工作中发挥了一定作用。结论:间苯三酚可用于先兆流产抑制宫缩,但属超药品说明书适应证用药,除用药前应让患者知情同意外,还应加强用药过程中的药学监护。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the pharmaceutical care for phloroglucinol on late threatened abortion treatment by clinical pharmacists. METHODS： The clinical pharmacists participated into the treatment process of one patient with phloroglucinol in treatment of late threatened abortion,provided pharmaceutical care for the patient,and then analyzed and investigate the safety and effectiveness of phloroglucinol. RESULTS： The clinical pharmacists actively assisted the clinicians to communicate with the patients,promoted the smooth development of treatment,which played important roles in the clinical drug treatment. CONCLUSIONS： Phloroglucinol can be used in the inhibition of the contractions. Yet the informed consent of patients before medication is necessary for the off- label drug use; and the pharmaceutical care during medication process is essential.
