摘　　要：目的：了解60例口服抗糖尿病药致药品不良反应（adverse drug reaction,ADR）发生情况及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：收集2012年6月—2015年12月东莞常安医院上报60例相关ADR,对患者的年龄、原发疾病、累及器官和（或）系统、给药时间、涉及药物种类等进行统计分析。结果：60例ADR患者中,年龄〉56岁者的发生率为63.33%（38/60）,45~≤56岁者为36.67%（22/60）;18例（30.00%）糖尿病伴高血压病患者出现ADR,然后依次为糖尿病性神经病变16例（26.67%）、慢性肾功能不全15例（25.00%）、糖尿病性血管性疾病11例（18.33%）;ADR主要累及器官和（或）系统以神经系统最为常见（25例,占41.67%）;ADR发生时间以用药1~7 d最多（39例,占65.00%）;引起ADR最多的药物为双胍类（29例,48.33%）。结论：抗糖尿病药致ADR的发生与多种因素有关,临床应加强ADR的监测,及早发现ADR,及早处理,促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the occurrence characteristics of 60 cases of adverse drug reactions（ ADR）induced by oral antidiabetic drugs,so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS： Statistical analysis was conducted on 60 cases of ADR reports reported by Dongguan Chuang＇an Hospital from Jun. 2012 to Dec.2015 in terms of patients＇ age,primary disease,ADR involved organs and（ or） systems,administration time and included drug categories,etc.. RESULTS： Of the 60 cases,the incidence of ADR in patients 56 years old was63. 33%（ 38 /60）,and patients 45-≤56 years old was 36. 67%（ 22 /60）. There were 18 patients（ 30. 00%） with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus had ADR, followed by 16 patients（ 26. 67%） with diabetic neuropathies,15 patients（ 25. 00%） with chronic renal insufficiency,11 patients（ 18. 33%） with diabetic vascular disease. ADR mainly involved organs and（ or） systems as nervous system（ 25 cases,41. 67%）,the occurrence time of ADR were mainly 1-7 d（ 39 cases,65. 00%）. And ADR induced by biguanides took the lead（ 29 cases,48. 33%）. CONCLUSIONS： The occurrence of ADR induced by oral antidiabetic drugs are associated with various factors,the clinic should strengthen the monitoring of ADR and timely find out ADR,so as to take some effective measures and promote the rational drug use in clinic.
