肾虚血瘀与特发性肺纤维化的相关性

摘　　要：目的:运用中医"金水相生"理论探讨肾虚血瘀与特发性肺纤维化的相关性。方法:通过对肺肾生理机能及病理变化的相关性分析,结合近年来不断深入的临床研究及疗效观察,分析补肾活血祛瘀法治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床意义。结论:特发性肺纤维化是慢性间质性肺病中较为常见的代表性疾病,归属特发性间质性肺炎(IIPs)的分类中,其患病率高,愈后效果差。中医药在治疗特发性肺纤维化方面依据"金水相生"的理论重视补肾活血祛瘀,既可益气养阴、补肺益肾,又可活血祛瘀、止咳化痰,既能减轻西药的毒副作用,又能补虚培元,固肾扶正。Objective ：To investigate the deficiency of kidney and blood stasis syndrome and idiopathic pulmo-nary fibrosis （idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis ,using the “born in Jinshui” theory of traditional Chinese medicine ,the IPF） correlation .Methods ：Through the analysis of correlation of lung and kidney physiological function and pathological chan-ges ,combined with the deepening of clinical research and observation of curative effect in recent years .Analysis kidney and activating blood circulation to remove stasis treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis of the clinial significance .Tra-ditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF） according to the “born in Jinshui” theory attention of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can supplementing qi and nourishing Yin ,nourishing the kidney and lung ,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis ,relieving cough and phlegm ,which can not only reduce the western medicine side effects ,and tonifying ,solid renal centralizer .
