摘　　要：党的十八大报告提出要推动实现"更高质量的就业"目标。大学毕业生是当前劳动力市场就业的主要群体,对其就业质量进行研究,具有很强的理论价值和现实意义。因此如何提高大学毕业生就业质量,找到提高大学生就业质量发展规律,对实现教育资源最优配置及推进社会和谐发展有着重要的现实意义。The 18th Party Congress of China put forward to promote the realization of ＂higher quality of employment＂ . Nowadays university graduates play an important role in labor market, therefore, it is significant to explore their employment issues. This pa- per, based on the concept of employment quality and the current employment situation of university graduates, discusses concept, measurement, factors and methods on employment quality of university graduates, and explores the law of development. Finally, the paper makes some suggestions for optimal allocation of education resources and social harmonious development.
