摘  要:利用ANSYS软件建立了变齿距电磁作动器温度场仿真模型,在考虑线圈电阻率和表面综合散热系数随温度变化的基础上,确立了内部热源和边界条件。运用所建模型,在不同线圈电压下进行稳态热分析,得到作动器的温度场分布,并计算了线圈平均温度。利用电阻法对线圈温度进行了试验测定,利用PT100热电阻对壳体表面温度进行了测量。通过仿真结果和试验数据的对比得出线圈平均温度最大偏差为4.92%,壳体表面温度最大偏差为6.79%,从而验证了仿真模型的有效性。对变齿距电磁作动器的可靠性分析以及进一步的优化设计都具有重要的意义。The temperature field simulation model of variable tooth electromagnetic actuator was worked out with the ANSYS soft- ware and the internal heat source and boundary conditions were defined with the consideration of coil resistivity and combined heat transfer coefficient changes with temperature. With the above model, steady thermal analysis was performed under different coil voltages. The temperature field distribution of actuator were obtained and the average temperature of the coil were calculated. The coil temperature were measured with resistance method and the surface temperature of shell were measured with PT100 thermal resistance. The accuracy of the simulation model was validated by the comparison between the simulation and experiment, and the maximum deviation of coil average temperature is 4.92%, surface temperature of shell is 6.79%. It is significant for the reliability analysis and further optimal design of variable tooth electromagnetic actuator.
