摘  要:在深入分析拆卸类设备特点的基础上,提出一种基于信息驱动的拆卸设备设计方法。通过定义和分析拆卸类设备的用户域、设计分析域、物理结构域和工艺域信息,构建拆卸对象的拆卸过程信息模型;基于拆卸过程稳定性,提出一种拆卸序列规划算法;结合拆卸类设备主要特征,分析拆卸过程中各种信息与设备物理结构之间的相互关系;归纳拆卸对象信息的不确定性对拆卸装置结构的影响,构建拆卸设备结构设计主参数矩阵,提出一种实现用户域信息和设计分析域信息向设备物理结构映射的方法,完成拆卸过程信息模型驱动的拆卸设备结构设计,力求设计出既具有独立性又具有通用性和鲁棒性的拆卸设备。通过液压油缸拆解平台设计实例,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。A new method of information-driven design for dismantling equipment is put forward based on the in-depth analysis of characteristics of dismantling equipment. The objects' dismantling process information model is created by defining and analyzing information for dismantling equipment design, namely Customer Needs Information (CNI), Design and Analysis Information (DAI), Physical Structure Information( PSI ) and Process Variables Information(PVI). A Disassembly Sequence Planning(DSP) method is carried out in view of the stability of dismantling process. Considering the main characteristics of dismantling equipment ,the interactions among its physical structure and variable information are analyzed. A mapping algorithm from customer needs information, design and analysis information to equipment' s physical structure is raised by inducing the effect of objects' information uncertainty on dismantling device structure and building the main parameter matrix for dismantling device structure. The dismantling equipment design based on information model-driven is realized, with the purpose of designing an equipment of independence, universality and robustness. A case study of dismantling platform design for hydraulic oil cylinder is presented to testify the feasibility and practicability of the method.
