摘 要:制袋机目前由单列单制式发展到多列多制式,需要设定的系统参数也更多、更复杂,依靠熟练工人的经验设定制袋机参数已不能满足多列多制式制袋机的需要。通过引入案例推理,应用专家打分和粗糙集组合法赋特征属性权重,由聚类和最邻近法组成案例的两级检索算法,能实现简单、快速,并且准确的制袋机参数设定。开发的参数设定系统已在多列多制式制袋机产品的参数设定中成功应用。Since the development of bag making machines from uni-seriate and uni-functional mono-format to multi-seriate and multi-functional multi-format, traditional parameters settings simply relying on skilled workers have been relatively insufficient to meet the needs of the newly-developed bag making machines. A simplified parameter setting for bag making machines with speediness and exactness have been proposed by introducing case-based reasoning, combining expert scoring method with rough sets to assign the weight of attribute feature and applying two-stage retrieving algorithm made up of the clustering and nearest neighbor method. The new parameter setting proposed in this paper has been successfully applied in practice.
